Regarding: 30518 Lanesborough Circle. From the very beginning to the very end, Todd Bennett was and is a consummate professional. He managed a challenging circumstance in the sale of my property. He brought needed qualified professionals to the process that ultimately led to a timely sale. His experience, knowledge, and resources relieve the anxiety that can be associated with buying, and certainly, selling a property. I was blessed to be referred to him and cannot thank him enough for his efforts in successfully taking me through the sale of my property.

Todd did an exceptional job in helping us to close on our home, looking out for our best interests, supporting the negotiations and transaction while going above expectations on all the little things to ease the process along.

He listened to our requests, addressed all concerns, provided an impressive photo and virtual walkthrough using a professional photographer for the listing, and finally produced an impressive description of our property for the listing. Todd was on top of every request for showing in a timely manner and kept us informed the whole time. From first contact to closing document signing, Todd was a professional that I was confident we could count on.
